Account Termination Policy

- Any outstanding fees or charges will be processed

Dispute Resolution Framework
Direct Resolution
Contact our legal team directly to resolve disputes amicably. Most issues are resolved within 14 business days through direct communication.

If direct resolution fails, disputes will be submitted to binding mediation through the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) or equivalent in your jurisdiction.

Final disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the jurisdiction where you maintain your primary residence, with decisions enforceable in all applicable courts.
